INTRODUCTION

Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Gandhinagar has released its official recruitment notification dated 29 December 2025 inviting applications for contractual teaching and research positions. RRU Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Conditions

Assistant Professor

Applicants must fulfil the following conditions:

• Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55 percent marks
• NET or SET qualification or PhD as per UGC regulations
• PhD degree from top 500 globally ranked universities is also acceptable
• Demonstrated proficiency in the concerned foreign language

Junior Research Officer

Applicants must possess:

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55 percent marks
• At least six months of research, fieldwork or internship experience

Experience Preference

Preference will be given to candidates holding a PhD with a minimum of two years of teaching or research experience.

Nationality

Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
